RFY NSX Lightweight Crank Pulley Kit

This crank pulley was developed to address the common issues of deterioration and failure of the OEM crank pulley damper.
The factory crank pulley uses a rubber damper that desiintegrate over time, often leading to increased vibrations and, in severe cases, pulley separation that may potentially damage the crank.

Manufactured from ultra-duralumin (high-strength aluminum alloy) with high-precision machining, this pulley achieves a significant weight reduction—from the OEM 4,400g down to just 700g.

The outer diameter is slightly reduced to help prevent over-revving of the alternator and air conditioning compressor at high RPMs. This results in reduced parasitic loss and a noticeable improvement in throttle response.

• Alternator pulley

• Reinforced drive belt

• Torque specification: 12 kgf·m

Note:
Due to the discontinuation of the reinforced fan belt, a standard fan belt is now included.
