Shipping is charged when item is out-of-stock at our warehouse but able to be shipped directly from manufacturer. Some products are subject to additional drop-ship fee at the checkout depending on the manufacturers. A drop-ship fee is a handling fee charged by the manufacturers typically between $3.00 to $25 and vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Drop-ship fee will be charged only once for products shipped from the same manufacturer no matter the qty you order. In addition to the drop-ship fee, some manufacturers are require to collect sales tax from buyers within the same state.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST. Orders placed after 3PM on Friday might not be processed until the following Monday. All standard United States shipping holidays apply. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Next day orders placed on Friday before 3PM will be delivered on Monday not Saturday.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 48 hours from the time of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
We use the these shipping carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS and FedEx.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, and if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. When shipping by ground methods, shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. Please allow 2-5 business days for ground shipments.
Expedited shipping cost may be inaccurate due to sometimes having to ship from different parts suppliers.
A restocking fee of 25% will apply to returns that are not caused by manufacturer or Valiants Racing error, unless stated higher by the manufacturer.
All returns must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Valiants Racing. To return a product, you must open a ticket and obtain an RMA number through our Ticket Support System or contact us via phone.
All returns must be packed securely in order to avoid damage during shipping. Valiants Racing will not be responsible for damage caused due to improper and inadequate packing.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of the original invoice date.
Products must be in original packaging and in a new and reselable condition.
No return or exchange on any electrical items, used parts, or special order items.
Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping is not refundable in either direction unless approved by Valiants Racing.
Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.
