1) EXPERIENCED AUTO MECHANICS  (Available)
We are looking to hire a full time tech who is experienced in professional shop environment. We are straightforward, honest and open book with tons of opportunities to grow. Must have prior shop experience, eager to learn, research independently, accountable, troubleshooting skill, attention to details, good work ethnics, take pride in their work and passionate about what we do here. Must meet all above mentioned requirements. Only serious candidates will be considered. If you are interested, be prepared to talk about what's the biggest project you undertook independently and what are some of work you are most proud of. Must be familiar with domestic and foreign cars especially Japanese Imports. General repairs and high performance work. Must know everything from brakes to computer diagnostics to engine rebuilds & aftermarket accessory installs. Must have at least 5 years experience, a valid drivers license and a full set of tools.

Skills:
Mechanics must be familiar with all aspects of vehicle operation and must understand the functions of the major components and systems. They must have good analytical skills to diagnose problems and make decisions about the most suitable repairs. In smaller service operations, they may have to operate diagnostic equipment if the shop has no diagnostic technician. They must be competent at using servicing and maintenance tools and equipment, and be familiar with the different categories of lubricants and service parts. Mechanics need good interpersonal skills to discuss vehicle problems and solutions with car owners or shop manager.

Requirements:
Must be reliable, professional and accountable
Must have good communication skills
Must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Must be able to troubleshoot, research and find a solution independently
Must be motivated to learn new things and try new methods in order to be more productive
Must have the will to strive for excellence
ASE certified highly preferred
Monday-Friday schedule with a possibility of an occasional Saturday depending on workload. We are a very laid back environment but when it comes to our customers we strive for nothing less than 100% satisfaction. Compensation:
Flat Rate $25 to 35 depends on experience and certifications.

Bonus:
Additional bonus based on performance
Business hour 9am to 6pm.
An hour lunch break.
90 day training and evaluation period.
